The Campaign which took place at ching'ambo primary school, targets primary schools in the city and aims to address glaring gaps in mental health interventions for young children.
Secretary for the Organisation Mercy Banda argued that primary school children are left out of conversation about mental health issues and this puts the learners' mental health at stake.
"Learners are being sidelined on issues of mental health and we thought to come up with this project to equip them with knowledge and skills,' said Banda.
Head teacher for the school suzen Upe Mbukwa appreciated the initiative by the Organisation saying it is vital to learners.
"Learners will be initiated with knowledge and skills on issues of health because of this organisation," said Mbukwa.
The campaign will be carried out in all primary schools across Mzuzu city.
